Unfortunately, during the course of the sale a flood event happened. I was extremely grateful that his team were on hand to assist in the immediate aftermath of it and if it wasn't for their quick actions things would have been a lot worse. The house went back on the market some time later and reached a price that I never expected. Michael and all his team were exceptional, friendly and professional through out.
