Property services agreement outlining the details of the agreement made between us, the estate agent, and you the vendor for the entire process including fees, marketing strategies etc.
Discuss marketing strategy and work out the best price.
Vendor to get BER and other documentation up to date.
Contact your solicitor to arrange title documentation and arrange to get a Building Energy Rating (Ber) Certificate for the property.
We organise to take photos of property.
We generate a high quality ad along with a brochure to showcase the property at its best.
Property goes on the market.

The Middle

Get the property ready for viewing – first impressions count, fresh paint and small DIY jobs can work wonders.
Make the first impression count, do some tidying up, freshen up some paintwork and de-clutter as much as possible to put your best foot forward with potential purchasers.
We arrange viewings at a time that is convenient for you.
Any offers made are logged with us and finance verified.
We keep in touch with you throughout the process, keeping you updated with how the sale is progressing.

Unfortunately, during the course of the sale a flood event happened. I was extremely grateful that his team were on hand to assist in the immediate aftermath of it and if it wasn't for their quick actions things would have been a lot worse.
