Property Letting

If you decide to let your property, we will arrange to advertise the property by taking photographs and drafting an online ad. We also have a wide database of potential tenants with whom we will share your property. We will schedule viewings and meet each potential tenant as well as collect references for each person prior to a letting agreement being entered into. We collect a security deposit and the first months’ rent in advance. We prepare a detailed lease agreement and take care of all the finer details such as meter readings, facilitating move in days etc.
Property Management

Relieve yourself of the hassle of managing a rental property and allow us to take the wheel. We will look after everything so its smooth sailing for you as a landlord. We take on duties such as collecting the rent each month, conducting regular inspections of the property, dealing with any maintenance issues and registering all tenancies with the RTB.
